Harrisburg Community Black Think Tank is a community-centered organization focused on dialogue, connection, public policy, and action.
Our mission
The mission of the Harrisburg Community Black Think Tank (HCBTT) is to develop and advance public policy addressing issues that affect our community, including education, healthcare, mental health, criminal justice, housing, childcare, and economic opportunity.
HCBTT provides committed, visionary leadership and advocacy in pursuit of economic empowerment. Through resources and community initiatives, HCBTT supports African American chambers of commerce and business organizations in their work to develop, strengthen, and grow Black-owned enterprises.
